About Armour Business Services

My background spans more than 10 years in logistics, 3PL management, and IT, with experience as a product owner, technology consultant, and ecommerce business operator. I understand the day-to-day demands of running an operation and the technical decisions that support it.

Shipping Technology Product Ownership

In my product owner role, I focus on carrier plugins for a shipping technology platform within a Scrum environment. This work connects my logistics experience with the technical requirements of shipping software and carrier integrations.

Ecommerce Technology Management

In a separate ecommerce business, I manage nearly all technical setup and ongoing administration for the Shopify website and connected third-party platforms. My responsibilities span the online tools and configurations that support the business’s digital operations.
